Welcome to the "CBsystem" City Booking System website where you can book, order or directly buy tickets for cultural and sporting events offered through this reservation system. In the "How to buy" section you will find all necessary information on how to book, order or directly purchase tickets online through the "CBsystem" portal.

 

EVENT SEARCH

The home page always displays the current offer and alerts you to interesting events. You can search events by type using the Theatre, Music, Cinema, Festivals, Kids, Sports and Other icons. You can further search events using full-text and advanced search, but also by marking a specific day in the calendar.

By clicking on the date of the selected event the system will display the event venue, where you can select tickets and place them into your virtual basket.

 

TICKET RESERVATION OPTIONS

This section provides you with a list of all reservation and booking types of offered through "CBsystem".

 

NOTICE:

The event organiser may not support all booking/reservation types listed below.

Each reservation type carries a limit set by the organiser as the date until tickets can be booked through the "CBsystem" portal.

The accepted reservation type, payment method and ticket pick-up/delivery are always listed in your shopping cart, which is displayed after you select the number of tickets for the relevant event.

If the pre-set limit for all reservation types is exceeded for the given event, the event venue will display a message that the relevant tickets are no longer available for booking. In this case you will not be able to select seats or add tickets to your virtual basket.

When you complete your ticket reservation, the number and name of the booked tickets / reservations will be displayed on the screen, together with the reservation validity period as well as information specifying tickets delivery method. Reserved tickets must be paid by your selected method (at the pre-sale box office, by bank transfer) before the reservation validity expires. If your tickets are delivered by post, a shipping and handling fee may be added to the ticket price. This additional fee will be displayed after you select your tickets based on the reservation type and delivery method.

 

RESERVATION TYPES AND LIMITS:

  •  Pre-sale box office – personal pick-up
     Tickets can be reserved no later than 6 calendar days before the event start date, and the reservation remains valid from 3 to 7 days.
  •  Cash on delivery – tickets delivered by the Czech post office anywhere within the Czech Republic
     Tickets can be reserved up to 30 days before the event start date.
  •  Bank transfer within Czech Republic – eTicket
     Tickets can be reserved no later than 7 days before the event start date.
  •  Payment through invoice – personal pick-up
     Tickets can be reserved up to 14 days before the event start date by calling the following telephone number 386 803 202, and for events offered by the South Bohemian Theatre by calling: 386 356 925

 

INFORMATION ABOUT INDIVIDUAL PAYMENT METHODS

NOTICE:

At the final step of the reservation the system displays payment information – the recipient account number and the variable code.

The amount paid for the reserved tickets plus the shipping and handling fee (if your tickets are sent by post to your address) must be credited to the account specified in the final step of your reservation and must be credited to the account before the reservation validity expires. After this date, any unpaid reservation will be automatically cancelled. We recommend that you pay by bank transfer immediately after booking your tickets.

Pre-sale box office

If you select this booking method, you will pay at the time of pick-up at one of the CBsystem sales branches according to the current list.

Bank transfer within Czech Republic

You can only use this payment method type if you pay for your tickets through banks operating in the Czech Republic.

 

INFORMATION ABOUT INDIVIDUAL DELIVERY METHODS

Personal pick-up

At the final step of your reservation the system will display a list of points of sale / sales branches where you can pick up and pay for your tickets.

Delivery by post within Czech Republic

Select this type of delivery when you wish to have your tickets delivered to an address in the Czech Republic. The shipping and handling fee is CZK 140.00.

eTicket

If you choose this delivery type you can print your tickets on your own printer after the due ticket amount is credited to the account displayed at the last step of your reservation. You can print eTickets under the "MY ACCOUNT" tab after login to the portal. In order to print eTickets you need software capable of reading and printing PDF format (for example, Adobe Acrobat Reader).

NOTICE: The organiser nor the seller takes any responsibility for problems caused by unauthorised eTicket copying. Protect your eTickets from misuse by keeping your tickets in a safe place). Only the first person with the eTicket to pass the control check will be allowed to enter the event. Should an eTicket, or copied eTicket, be presented again, the person will not be allowed to enter the event, regardless of who true eTicket holder is.

 

TICKET ORDERING OPTIONS

This section provides a list of all booking/reservation options offered by the "CBsystem" City Booking System to online users.

 

NOTICE: The event organiser may not support all booking/ordering types listed below. Each reservation/order carries a limit set by the organiser as the date until tickets can be ordered through the "CBsystem" portal.

Accepted order types and the pick-up/delivery method are listed directly in the event venue together with permitted reservation and purchase types.

If the pre-set limit for all order types is exceeded for the given event, the event venue will display a message that the relevant tickets are no longer available for booking. In this case you will not be able to select seats or add tickets to your virtual basket.

After completing the ticket order, the number and name of the order is displayed on the screen.

Accepted purchasing methods and the pick-up/delivery method are listed directly in the event venue together with the permitted reservation and order types.

TICKET PURCHASING METHODS:

  • Tickets delivered by the Czech post office within the Czech Republic
    Tickets can be purchased up to 30 days before the event start date.
  • Online card payment – eTicket
    Tickets can be purchased no later than 1 calendar day before the event start date.

 

BANK CARD PAYMENT – ONLINE

Payment by bank card is achieved through a payment gateway that uses the proven Pay MUZO payment system. This payment gateway accepts VISAVISA ElectronMasterCard and Maestro payment cards online via a 3-D Secure standard transaction, which is able to uniquely identify all parties involved in the transaction. The main advantage of using a payment gateway is a significant increase in the security of transactions with regards to all parties involved – the card holder, the merchant, the issuing bank and clearing bank.

How to pay for selected tickets online using a payment card

After selecting your tickets, you will be asked to press the PAY button. The system will redirect you to the Pay MUZO system, where you enter the information of the payment card that you wish to use to pay for your tickets (card number, expiration date, security code – CVC 2, CVV2). This screen will also display the name of the merchant to whom you pay for your tickets, the amount to be paid and the order number.

If you are using a 3-D Security System card, the system will take you to another page where you enter your password for online payment.

If your payment through the Pay MUZO system is successful, your order will be assigned with an identification number and you will be redirected back to the reservation portal where the successful transaction will be confirmed. You can now print an overview of the tickets you paid for with your payment card.

Should the payment be unsuccessful, you will be automatically redirected back to the reservation portal, where you will be informed about the negative payment result. The tickets you have selected will be released from your shopping cart and made available for sale again.

 

Payments may not be authorised due to the following reasons:

  •  incorrect payment card information,
  •  insufficient funds in the account of the card holder,
  •  payment card is not authorised for online purchases – in this case you need to contact the bank that issued your payment card,
  •  technical issue or another problem with your card – limit exceeded, technical problem in the authorisation centre etc.

TICKET DELIVERY METHODS

  •  Delivery by post within Czech Republic

Select this type of delivery when you wish to have your tickets delivered to an address in the Czech Republic. The shipping and handling fee is CZK 140.00.

  •  eTicket
    If you choose this ticket delivery method you will be able to print your tickets under the "MY ACCOUNT" tab after successful payment. In order to print eTickets you need software capable of reading and printing PDF format (for example, Adobe Acrobat Reader).

REGISTRATION

If you only wish to book tickets followed by a payment at the pre-sale box office (reservation at the pre-sale box office – personal pick-up), you do not need to register.

Registration is mandatory for all other reservation, order and ticket purchase types. If you did not register before selecting the event and before adding your tickets to the shopping cart, you will be asked to do so during the reservation/ordering/purchasing process.

Registration allows the user to access and view reservations and orders made through this reservation portal, or those that were purchased online through this reservation portal. You can view your reservations, orders and purchased tickets in the MY ACCOUNT section.


Registration procedure:

  •  Click on MY ACCOUNT  and "Register yourself"
  •  Enter all mandatory information
  •  Confirm your registration by clicking the Register button
  •  You can log into the system before purchasing or booking tickets in the Login section, where you enter your email and password.
  •  You may modify your registration after login into the portal by clicking on "Edit personal data".

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
To log in, you must enter your e-mail and password in the same format as entered during registration. The system is case sensitive and observes diacritical marks.

 

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

You can have your password sent to the e-mail address provided during the registration process should you forget your password. A forgotten password request is made by clicking MY ACCOUNT (see SEND FORGOTTEN PASSWORD).

 

TICKET SELECTION PROCEDURE

Adding tickets to virtual shopping cart

After selecting the event you are interested in, click on the event date and the system will take you to the venue of this event.


STEP 1 – SELECTING VACANT SEATS

By clicking on the vacant seat you add the seat to your shopping cart. After entering the venue you will see price categories and descriptions of vacant and occupied seats under the name of the given event.

By clicking the "Add to cart" button, you will add your tickets to the shopping cart, which is displayed immediately. Go to the Payment and delivery method section and select the payment and delivery method from the displayed list. If you selected an incorrect ticket/seat, you may remove it from the shopping cart by clicking the remove button. You may also remove the entire event.

If you are satisfied with your selection, click the reservation/order button to continue.

 

STEP 2 – YOUR INFORMATION

In this step you will be asked to enter your contact details based on the selected reservation/order method. If you selected pre-sale box office – personal pick-up at the event venue, the system will ask you to enter your name, surname, address, telephone and email. If you selected another reservation/order types, you will be asked to log into the system. If you logged into the system before selecting your tickets, your contact details are automatically entered and the system redirects you to the next step.

 

STEP 3 – RESERVATION/PAYMENT

This step completes the reservation. The system generates a reservation number for you, which you will use when handling your tickets in the future. The system gives you the exact description for how to proceed when handling your tickets, including the validity and pick-up.

If you selected reservation/order – Bankcard online payment, you will be redirected after clicking the button to the Pay MUZO gateway, where you will be asked to enter your payment card information.

 

Notice:

The event organiser may limit the number of tickets that can be added to a shopping cart in one transaction.

 

"MY ACCOUNT"

By clicking the MY ACCOUNT icon, a registered "CBsystem" user has the option to display a list of reservations/orders created through this portal or purchased online via this portal.

After logging into the MY ACCOUNT list, the system displays an overview of all your reservations/orders. By clicking the "i" icon, the system displays details about the selected tickets.

If you selected the eTicket delivery method, you can print your ticket directly from this list.


TICKET PRINTING

After logging into the MY ACCOUNT list, the print eTicket button is displayed for orders where the eTicket delivery method was selected. By clicking on the button, and depending on your browser, either a preview of the eTicket or a prompt to save it is displayed.

In order to print eTickets you need software capable of reading and printing PDF format (for example, Adobe Acrobat Reader).
